Background
The HP ENVY 4-1030us is HP's line of Ultrabook notebook systems. They are characterized by their thin and light designs.
The HP Envy 4-1030us is compatible with both mSATA and hard disk drives. It comes with integrated Bluetooth and Wi-Fi and a 14.0-inch diagonal HD LED-backlit display. The system also has a built-in web cam and microphone.
This device comes with windows 7 for it factory settings, 3 USB 2.0 ports, 2 on the motherboard and 1 on the sound card, and an Ethernet port.
Identification
You can identify this model by the "ENVY" keyword printed on the LCD bezel to the top right of the screen and on the bottom of the system. If you look closely at the label on the bottom of the system near the serial number, you can see the descriptor"Model: 4-1030us" to confirm the model of the system.
