Roomba Not Charging

Roomba either does not charge or has extremely short battery life

Faulty Contacts

Check the charging base and Roomba’s contacts for debris that could be stopping the contacts from touching. If the contacts are cleaned off and the Roomba is still not charging, the contacts may be faulty and will need to be replaced.

Faulty Battery

If there is no issue with the contacts and replacement didn’t fix the issue, the battery may simply be faulty and unable to recharge. Replace the battery according to this guide.

Roomba Not Cleaning

Roomba does not leave surfaces clean after moving over them

Clogged Filter (Roomba)

Ensure the Roomba filter is clean. If it is dirty, replace it using this guide.

Faulty Side Brushes

Make sure side brushes are not damaged before checking if the battery is dying on the Roomba. If side brushes are damaged, replace side brushes then test if it works after replacing. If it still won’t spin around check for a faulty battery, replace battery using this guide and turn Roomba back on.

Faulty Brushes

Verify the brushes are correctly locked into position and oriented as instructed by the guide on the Roomba itself. If they are correctly locked in and still won’t spin, check to see if they are tangled up with hairs or other obstructions. If so, clean them. If they still do not spin, replace the part using this guide.

Faulty Vacuum

If the vacuum won’t suck up objects there is something wrong with either the filters, brushes, battery within the Roomba, or the charging station. If it is brushes replace brushes that are supposed to suck up objects and collect them. If it is the battery, replace the battery with a new one using this guide. If it's a charging station, check your wires within the charging station and make sure electrical output is going through the charging station to port charging for the Roomba.

Full Trash Bin

Remove the trash bin from the rear of the Roomba and check to see if it is full of dust and debris. If it is, open it up and empty it into a trash can before replacing it.

Roomba Not Turning On

Roomba Not Maneuvering Properly

Roomba is experiencing limited movement or no movement at all

Faulty or Obstructed Sensor

The brushes come off while cleaning. Any solutions?

Gram - Replica

My Roomba still claims "Vacuum problem. Inspect Roomba's filter and remoe any debris. (error 26)". I did every cleaning possible (roomba is also like a new, but it still claims the same error.

I have a feeling, like that is some manufacturer's way how to force me to put roomba to service and pay for maintanance (I guess some SW reset is needed in order to avoid this error) and I just don't want to do that.

I changed battery for a new one, tried all resets, factory defaults possible, but it claims still the same thing.

Does anyone have some guide what to do? I'm willing to flash firmware in order to avoid this error and prevent roomba from updating in the future as I think this is deliberate error from the manufacturer.
