Mopping feature is not spraying water
The mopping feature of the device does not function appropriately. It quits spraying or does not spray as much as it should.
Low/Empty water tank
Ensure that the water tank for your device is appropriately filled before use. It may be beneficial to refill the tank after every use to ensure that it does not run out in the middle of cleaning.
Clogged nozzle
Sometimes, the issue with the sprayer may be that the nozzle is clogged. Remove it gently and clean it by soaking it in vinegar or hot water.
Faulty water tank
If your device’s mopping feature does not work as intended or runs out quickly, it may be a problem with the tank itself. Remove it and check for potential leaks or damage. See this guide for information on how to find a suitable replacement.
Faulty nozzle
If your issue is not with the water tank itself, then it is likely that the sprayer is faulty and needs to be replaced. See this guide for information on how to find a suitable replacement piece for your device and how to replace it.
Mop attachment is not staying on the device
The mop attachment is falling off, getting caught, or not connecting properly to the device.
The velcro is not working properly
The velcro of the device has worn, meaning a replacement is needed. You can find velcro strips for a replacement here. For a clearer understanding of how to replace the worn velcro, see this guide.
The mop attachment is not correctly placed back into position
The mop attachment comes off by popping off the plastic plate the mop covers go onto. First, flip over your device. Second, locate the mop covering and the attachment. Third, take off the mop cover. Fourth, you can take off the plate by applying some pulling force. The plate is secured to the device by two plastic knobs.
To secure the plate back onto the device, correctly align the knobs on the plate to the holes of the device. You will hear an audible “click” when the plate is secured.
Water tank is leaking
Water is leaking from the device whether activated or not.
Water tank is not properly installed
Leakage could be the result of the water tank not being fully installed. To correct, locate the clear plastic water tank accessible on the side of the device, and slightly pull to separate the two. Next, align the ridges on the back of the water tank with their corresponding grooves. Once this is complete, gently apply pressure sideways until you hear a soft click. The water tank should now be fully installed.
Water tank is damaged
The water tank is susceptible to damage with continued use of the device. In this case, a replacement water tank will need to be purchased. For instructions on how to do this, refer to this guide.
Device is not holding a charge
The device’s battery is depleting quicker than normal meaning that despite being charged for the required amount of time, the device powers off before is expected.
The battery is overcharging
The battery is overcharged or the device is on the charger for too long. The most common reason for this is the device needing more space to clean, increasing the allotted time between charges. The easiest way to combat this issue would be to allow access to a larger area of cleaning; opening doors leading into other rooms, removing any gates blocking access, etc.
The battery needs to be replaced
If the battery is constantly at a low charge and overcharging is not the issue, then the problem may be with the battery itself. For information on how to replace the battery, please see this guide.
Device is not moving
The wheels get caught, stuck, or will not move.
Debris is lodged in the wheel’s chamber
Foreign objects to the device could be lodged in the chambers of the wheels. To access the wheel chamber for the removal of potential debris, please see this guide on wheel replacement.
The spring on the wheel has dislodged
The wheel suspension is managed by a singular spring (one spring per wheel). The spring can come off of its bracketing system. To properly access the springs in the wheel chambers, please see this guide on wheel replacement.
