Having the same problem with the screen being frozen & cant do anything. I’ve had the tablet a couple years but just opened it & set it up a couple days ago . I was able to set it up & after that I’ve had a frozen screen . I have to take a paper clip & put in the reset hole in the back to turn it off . If I do a hard reset not sure what I should pick to do.
