PHILIPS SBA1610 Troubleshooting

No matter what you do, you can't get any sound.

Remove the battery cover and check the batteries, any of the three batteries could not be working properly. The battery of the mp3 device could also be dead and would need to be checked and charged. Make sure that all batteries are aligned correctly.

Check the connection between the auxiliary jack and the mp3 device.

It is possible that the mp3 volume is turned off which would result in no sound coming through the speaker.

If there is no sound from the speaker, the circuit board may need replacing.
