Flicking on switch doesn't turn on device

Ensure there is a not a lot of dirt or hair clogged in your filters because it will cause the vacuum to lose suction and not turn on. Check your instruction booklet to see if the filter is washable. Remove the filter from the vacuum and remove any dirt off the top. Run the filter under cold water until it runs clear, and the filter is clean. You can wring the filter out; just make sure not to squeeze too hard and break the filter. Wait until it is completely dry and insert the filter back into the robot.

Make sure the vacuum's dock is firmly plugged into the wall outlet. Ensure the plug is not loose in the outlet and cannot wiggle around. Unplug the cord and plug it back in. Test your power socket. Plug in another device like your phone and see if it charges. If there are no issues here, there may be a faulty outlet in your home.

The bumper is dislodged and out of zero-degree, horizontal position

Tap the front bumper to find which side is dislodged. Without taking the bot apart, see if there is some give in the bumper position, and you can move it back into its natural position. Apply some pressure to either the top of the bumper or the front to see if it will pop back into position.

In taking the front bumper off, there is a metal bracket that may become bent out of place, affecting the position and effectiveness of the bumper. This thin metal bracket can be easily torqued back into its original position, giving the bumper its bumpiness and position back.

If the bumper is cracked from a severe fall or other circumstances, resulting in the bumper not returning to its effective position, a new bumper and/or metal bracket supporting the bumper will need to be replaced.

Vacuum not cleaning properly causing the vacuum to spin in one spot

If there is debris or materials caught up in the roller brush, the debris can get between the motor and the housing, making the wheel resistant to turning. Taking out the wheel from the housing, debris can be removed and function should return to normal. Additionally, cleaning out any material in the brushes themselves should help with the function of the vacuum.

If debris is still being left behind, the brush itself might have worn down to a point where they are ineffective. Replacing the roller brush will solve this problem, as the new brushes should pick up materials the vacuum runs over.

Front 360 degree caster wheel resistant to spinning

Inspecting the front wheel, if there is debris all around it, this might cause it to not spin properly.

To clean, pull the wheel directly from the housing, where you can clean the axel. Additionally, wipe out the space which holds the wheel, as there are sensors there that can be dirty, causing improper function. With the wheel and housing removed, remove the wheel from the housing and clean that individually, which can then be easily popped back into place.

Main wheels resistant to spinning in proper fashion.

With increased usage time, the wheels can become clogged with hair/debris and cause an error code or will noticeably not work correctly/efficiently. Removing the wheels and taking them apart, this debris causing the issues can be removed, potentially creating better function.

Upon taking the wheel apart, the plastic housing of the wheel may crack and break. If the plastic housing is broken in any way, it will only break further over time, causing reduced function. This would result in the wheel assembly needing a replacement for the whole assembly.

Sensors aren't working properly or not working at all.

First thing to do is to check if the sensors are clean, if not, then gently dust off the cliff sensors with a clean, dry cloth.

If cleaning the sensors didn't help fix the problem, then next thing to do is make sure all the sensors are plugged in and connected properly. Do so by pushing and tapping on each sensor making sure nothing is loose.
