Most problems can be solved with a reset of the phone. Turn your phone off, then back on again. If your phone does not turn off, take out and replace the battery. If you do not know how to do so, you can see how to do it here.

There may not be a problem with the LCD screen itself, but instead a problem with the connection between the main part of the phone and LCD. This component is called the LCD flex cable, and you can find our guide to replacing it here.

When you try to do something that uses the back speaker, no sound comes out.

You cannot hear anything when trying to make a call, checking voicemail, or any other similar activities.

The speaker that outputs sound to your ear may be broken. Use our step-by-step guide to replace it.

If the keyboard is not responding to you when you push the keys, there is a possibility that the keyboard needs to be replaced. Follow our step-by-step guide to replace the keyboard, as well as clean the keys.

The camera may be broken. Use our step-by-step guide to replace it.

If the front panel buttons are not responding, they may need to be replaced. To replace the front panel, follow our step-by-step guide.

The most likely situation is that your provider is having trouble with it's network, or possibly you are in an area that does not have any reception.

CAUTION: Before doing this, back up all data to your phone. This is a hard reset code, and all data will be wiped from the phone and be unrecoverable

1. Using the physical keyboard, enter the following code: *2767*3855#
2. Press the enter button on your keyboard
3. The phone will now restart, and settings such as screen calibration have been reset.
