Samsung Galaxy Chromebook Go 14 XE345XDA Screen Is Black

If your Samsung Galaxy Chromebook Go 14 (XE345XDA) powers on but the screen is black or unresponsive, follow this guide for possible solutions.

If you are using the original type-c charger, there may be a light or led on the Chromebook that may turn on to indicate that there is power running through the system when connected to an outlet.

• Once the charger is plugged in, please plug into the Chromebook and ensure that the light on the Chromebook turns on and indicates either red or green.
• Let the Chromebook charge for about 15 minutes before attempting to turn on the Chromebook.
