Razer Wolverine Ultimate Not Powering On

If your Razer Wolverine Ultimate controller is not powering on or connecting to the game console, follow this page for solutions.

Unlike old XBOX controllers, this controller does not use batteries. So, you will need to connect the device to a USB-C charging cable. It can be plugged in to a wall outlet or directly to the console itself.

• Gently insert USB-C charging capable cord into the insert located at the top of the controller. Make sure the cord is also plugged into a suitable outlet or charging source.
• Some cords can be faulty, if the solution listed above doesn’t work, try the same method with a different cord.
• If you are using a USB hub, try plugging into your computer or XBOX directly, not doing so can sometimes raise issues with the controllers software.

Sometimes firmware and drivers can go bad, whether it be from updates or from corruption, you should keep them up to date to ensure your device is in working order.

• Download the “Razer Controller” app on the Microsoft store. (you will need a computer for this)
• Make sure your controller is connected, follow onscreen instructions and navigate to the firmware page and update your controller.

• Hold down the XBOX button, view button, and menu button, all at the same time while plugged into an XBOX console or computer.
