Razer Wolverine Ultimate Multi-Function Buttons Unresponsive

If the additional multi-function buttons on the underbelly of the Razer Wolverine Ultimate controller are not responding to user inputs, follow this page for solutions.

Check the USB connection. Make sure the USB cable is securely connected to both the controller and the console, or try using a different USB cable or port to rule out connection issues.

The back buttons require 'mapping', where the user assigns specific commands to each button. Open the Razer controller set up on the Xbox app Razer Synapse. (If you do not have this yet, install from the official Razer website)
