The power switch does not turn on
Whenever I try to turn the razor on nothing happens.
Device is not charged
The switch will not turn on the razor if it is not charged. Make sure the razor is plugged into a working outlet and has battery life.
Locked switch
The power cannot be turned on when the switch lock lamp blinks. This indicates that the power is locked. Press the power switch for more than two seconds to unlock.
I do not get as close of a shave as before
It used to trim hair short but now it seems to trim less or even not at all.
Too much hair buildup
Turn off the razor and disconnect it from the adapter. Apply water and hand soap to the outer foil. Hold the power switch for more than two seconds. The razor should activate cleaning mode and after 20 seconds will shut off. Take off the outer foil and rinse the inside with water. Dry thoroughly with a dry cloth and put the outer foil back on.

The shaving sensor does not respond
My razor does not respond when I am trimming.
Too much hair
Depending on the thickness of the beard or the amount of hair in the razor head the sensor may not react. Try to clean beard trimmings or reduce facial hair when this happens.
Unrecognized shaving gel
The shaving sensor may not respond to the type of shaving gel or foam used. This is normal.
Low battery
The shaving sensor may not respond if it is at low battery. If this happens recharge the razor in a working outlet.
