OnePlus Nord N10 5G Short Battery Life

When plugged in, the phone is reaching a full charge at a slow rate. When the phone is fully charged, the battery dies very quickly.

Step One: Try force restarting the device.
- This can be done by holding the power button and selecting "Restart" on the power menu.
Step Two: Update device software, if possible.
- Go to settings and navigate to the System Settings, this is where you'll find the System Updates section and it'll tell you if your system needs an update.

Step One: In the app store, download the OnePlus Diagnostic app.
Step Two: Click the "View Battery Status" button. Compare the displayed number to the original battery life of the phone. Use the comparison to judge the battery health.
Step Three: Delete or change some apps. Your phone should say what apps are draining the battery the most. To change this, you can change the settings within said apps to drain less of the battery, spend less time using them, or delete the apps.

Step One: Follow steps 1 through [n] according to this guide [here]. Carefully inspect the battery connector tool. Check for any moisture, rust, or if the connection is not making contact with the actual battery.
Step Two: Using a q tip, or other small, non-metallic tool, gently guide the connection prongs to the exposed metal part of the battery. Then, you may reassemble the device and repeat the steps in which you checked the health of the battery.
