Il Nextbook non si accende
Qualsiasi cosa faccia, il tablet non si accende
Batteria scarica
- Carica il dispositivo con il caricabatterie in dotazione.
- È possibile che la batteria sia scarica.
Il touch screen non risponde
Quando tocco lo schermo, il Nextbook non risponde.
Lo schermo deve essere pulito
- Pulisci lo schermo con un panno morbido.
- Assicurati che lo schermo sia privo di acqua e sporco, poiché possono causare interferenze con il touch screen.
La fotocamera non funziona
Quando provo a usare la fotocamera, lo schermo è sfocato e a volte completamente vuoto
L'obiettivo potrebbe essere sporco
- Pulisci l'obiettivo della fotocamera con un panno per rimuovere macchie o sporco.
- Rimuovi la cover posteriore e pulisci l'interno dell'obiettivo e la fotocamera vera e propria.
La fotocamera è difettosa
- La fotocamera dovrà essere sostituita.
Nessun suono dall'altoparlante
Quando riproduco musica o altri file multimediali, non sento alcun suono
L'altoparlante potrebbe essere ostruito dallo sporco
- Rimuovi la cover posteriore, estrai l'altoparlante e puliscilo con aria compressa.
L'altoparlante è difettoso
- L'altoparlante dovrà essere sostituito.

my nextbook was dropped on the corner where the on/off button is . the button got stuck inside and will not turn on now.

Next book 8 will not turn on no matter what. The battery charges OK. I only had it about 4 to 5 weeks and it just won't turn on.

I've seen where some have taken the bask cover off and unplugged the battery pack and plugged it back in. Many had this fix the problem, but it didn't work for mine, which also will not turn on. At all. Good luck. Nextbook sucks!

I'm having a problem with the tablet feeling like its over heated. Plus it will go to a blank black screen that is unresponsive and leaves you with the only option of turning it off.
