Battery won’t charge, or can't hold a charge for long
The device’s battery dies and does not respond after charging, or the battery's lifespan is extremely short.
Faulty power adapter
There may be a problem with the charging cord. First, try plugging it into multiple different power outlets—sometimes chargers won’t respond to some outlets, but will work on other ones. If it still won’t charge, then the power cord or battery is likely faulty and needs to be repaired or replaced.
Faulty battery
If the power adapter is not the problem, it is likely that the battery itself is defective or damaged, and needs to be replaced. Refer to this guide for help with battery replacement.
Headphones won’t turn on
The device shows signs of charging properly, but will not respond to pressing the buttons.
Faulty motherboard
If the previous battery-related issues were addressed and had no effect, then it’s likely the motherboard is faulty. To fix, follow this replacement guide.
Headphones are not charged
Plug in your headphones with the USB charging cable that came with the device. If you lose the cord the headphones were packaged with, any type USB-C charging cable is compatible with the device.
Ear cushions are loose, dislodged, or worn down
Ear cushion adhesive has worn off, or is otherwise damaged, causing the ear cushions to be excessively loose or uncomfortable.
Improper storage
If you do not store your headphones properly in the case, it can lead to premature wear and tear that causes the cushions around the speakers to come off. This can lead to an unpleasant listening experience.

The cushion around the top band of the headphones becomes loose or falls off, or isn't so comfortable anymore.

Audio is distorted or poor quality
Audio quality has decreased significantly, and is too quiet, staticky, or not functional whatsoever.
Audio input isn't connected properly
Make sure the audio input is properly connected. Bad connections can also come from obstructions between devices or being out of range. This is an easy fix: just be sure to be within Bluetooth range with no obstructions between the devices.
Faulty speaker(s)
There may be an issue with the internal connections of the headphone speakers, or the speakers themselves may be worn out.
