Device does not power on

The digital clock and advanced functions of the watch appear to be not operating.

Lithium battery is low

The battery can be charged via Micro-USB cable to computer or power adapter.

  • A red light will indicate the watch is receiving power.
  • A green light will indicate the watch is fully charged.
  • Quick-press both buttons on the left side of the watch to power it on.

Device does not charge or stay on

The red light indicating the watch is receiving power is absent or the watch powers off soon after unplugging charging cable.

Micro-USB charging cable is damaged or faulty

Try using a different Micro-USB charging cable and/or power source.

Micro-USB charging port on device is obstructed, damaged or faulty

Visually inspect the Micro-USB charging port on watch to spot any obstructing debris, damage, and/or wear. If the five pins appear to be damaged the port will need to be replaced using this guide.

Built-in lithium polymer rechargeable battery is expired, damaged, or faulty

If the lithium polymer battery has significantly less than 5 days of use time, its it likely that the battery will need to replaced with this guide.

Analog watch is not keeping time

The time piece feature of the watch appears to be not operating.

Time piece battery is expired

Replace the small watch battery that runs the analog watch using this guide. Verify that no corrosion has built up on the battery.

Cannot communicate with other person on the line

The user is unable to hear or speak to the person over the voice connection.

Watch is incorrectly paired with phone

Follow and verify the correct parring protocol.

Background noise is too loud to permit effective communication

Make sure to operate in a quiet enough environment to hear and speak effectively.

Poor cellular connection

Consider if both parties have a good cellular reception which could be degraded in remote and obstructed areas like tunnels, basements, mountains, valleys, and forest.

Speaker and/or Microphone is faulty or damaged

The speaker and/or microphone may need to be replaced.

Unable to receive phone notifications

The user receives regular notifications on their phone, but not the smart watch

Phone and watch may not be compatible

The phone and watch may have issues with compatibility due to operating system connectivity issues. First, refer to the compatibility section for the device that comes with the smart watch. If both phone and watch are compatible, try updating both the smart watch and the phone.

Bluetooth may not function on one of the devices

Check to make sure your phone is on. Next, go to your settings and make sure your phone has Bluetooth enabled. If the watch does not automatically connect, the Bluetooth sensor on your watch may be malfunctioning.

Incorrect program downloaded to phone

This smartwatch requires a specific program in order to connect to your phone and receive notifications. Make sure that you have this program updated and that it is connected to your smart watch.
