Logitech Harmony Touch Troubleshooting

This troubleshooting guide will help you diagnose problems with the Logitech Harmony Touch.

Buttons Not Responding

''When you press a button on your device and the remote does not influence the connected device, it may be an issue with the button response and feedback."

Faulty Buttons

If the entire button board is non-responsive, try replacing it with this guide.

Buttons are Stuck

If buttons are stuck, there may be something below the button physically preventing the button to press. To fix this, remove the button and make sure that there is nothing obstructing it. You may need to clean off the area under. Once this is clean, put the button back into position.

Cracked/Unresponsive Screen

If your LCD screen in non-responsive or cracked on your device.

Unresponsive Screen

If your Logitech Harmony Touch screen is defective try replacing your screen using this guide.

Battery Draining too Quickly

If the battery in your device does not hold charge for a normal amount of time.

Faulty Power Adapter

Make sure that the device is either plugged in to a power source or placed on the charging port. If the device is plugged in the LCD screen will turn on and will show a lightning bolt with the words"Charging," if it is charging.

If this is not the case... check the micro-USBadapter/cord to make sure the wire is intact. Your adapter may be faulty and you can purchase a new charging port at this site. You can check your power chord by plugging it directly into your Logitech Harmony Touch and computer or wall.

Battery Not Charging

If your battery is either not holding charge or not working correctly

Faulty Battery

If your power adapter is working correctly (reference faulty power adapter) and your battery is still not working correctly, your battery is most likely the problem. Replace your battery using this guide.

Delayed Response from Remote

If your remote commands are not responding in the adequate amount of time

Adjusting Delays

Click on the Device's "More Options" and select "Adjust the delays (speed settings)" then choose inter-key delay: 300 ms and inter-device delay: 300 ms. Keep lowering in increments of 100 and see if your remote is still working.
