Put Your Device into Safe Mode

Safe Mode is a method for diagnosing problems with third-party apps that may be causing your device to reset, freeze, or run slowly. This will temporarily return your phone to factory settings in order to determine if the problem is attributed to third party software, or the device itself.

Put your device into Safe Mode by performing the following:

Press and hold the Power button (located on the back) until Phone options are displayed, then release. Select and hold Power off until Restart in safe mode is displayed. From the Reboot to safe mode screen, tap Turn on safe mode. After the device reboots, Safe mode appears in the lower left. This takes about a minute to complete. With Safe Mode enabled, test device and app functionality. If the issue doesn't occur in Safe Mode, uninstall any recently installed or updated apps. Once these apps are uninstalled, power cycle your device to disable Safe Mode, and then reinstall and test the same apps to determine which one is the source of the problem.

Hi! The backlight of my phone is broken. (I think) When I power on my phone, it blinks the logo then turns black. I can sort of see the screen if I use a flashlight on it, but it is very difficult.
