Faulty Battery
The most frequent reason a camera won't turn on is a dead battery or a charging issue. The WPZ2 uses an internal rechargeable Li-Ion battery.
1. Connect the camera to the power charger using the supplied USB cable.
2. Insert the plug of the power charger into the wall outlet to charge the battery.
Damaged or Faulty Charger
If the light doesn't turn on, try a different compatible USB cable and adapter to ensure the cable or original adapter isn't faulty. Inspect the camera's USB charging port for any debris or damage.
