No/Low Power to System
If the speaker does not have sufficient power or is completely off, it will not be able to produce any sound output. Plug in the device and make sure that the power source is properly connected to the outlet and the device. If the device is charging, a green light will turn on, signaling that the device is receiving power.
No/Low Volume
Ensure that the volume is not at zero or muted on the speaker by touching the volume up button on the device. If this does not increase the volume, you can attempt to unplug the speaker and replug it in, as the speaker might have a faulty connection.
No/Low Input Source Volume
Ensure that the volume is not at zero or muted on the input audio source by turning the volume up on the device. If this does not increase the volume, you can attempt to unplug the device and replug it in, as the device might have a faulty connection.
