Won't charge properly
Computer dies quickly after being charged for a long period of time.
Charger not plugged in properly
If the charger is not plugged in to the outlet property, the battery will not receive a full charge. If the problem proceeds, the charger could have faulty wiring causing the battery to not hold a charge. In this case, you will need to replace your charger.
If charger is plugged into a defective outlet, the charger may not be charging the battery properly. Plug charger into a different outlet and wait a few minutes before turning on device.

The laptop is overheating.
A laptop's airflow can be disrupted if it’s not being used on a flat or hard surface. Uneven surfaces such as pillows or blankets can prevent airflow through the vent and cause your device to overheat. To fix this issue, place your laptop on a flat surface such as a table or a laptop stand for proper ventilation.
Dusty Vent or Fan
A device can overheat when the vent or fan’s circulation is disrupted by dust or other materials. To resolve this issue, remove the back panel and locate the fan. Once you locate the fan, use a cloth to clean most of the dust and a Q-tip for hard to reach places.
When a laptop frequently overheats, the fan could be improperly working or broken. A broken fan prevents cool airflow through the laptop resulting in overheating. Key is unresponsive
If space-bar key cannot function when you press on it.
If your space-bar key is not responding, it could be that your computer is not being signaled that the key is in use. Restart your device, when your computer is back on, open a Microsoft Word document and press the space-bar key to see if the cursor is moving.
Dirty space-bar key
If your key gets stuck it may have dust build up preventing the key from functioning properly. To solve this issue, you could use an opening tool to remove the space-bar key. Than clean any dust or build up with a cloth.
Device is slower than usual, and it might be difficult to perform tasks.
Poor Internet Connection
If the connection is weak, then that might be the cause for the device to be slow when using the Internet. However, your device shouldn’t be slow when using programs that do not require internet. Check the internet connection, click the WiFi icon and check if your device is connected to the WiFi, or if the WiFi signal is weak. To fix this, chose another internet connection.
If your device is unusually slow when using programs and the internet, then it might have malware. Your device might have viruses if ads and pop-up messages randomly appear, and if your device keeps crashing that might be another symptom for viruses. To remove viruses, place your device into safety mode and search for an antivirus program for your device. If your device doesn’t have an antivirus program, then you can download one for free. Once you have the program run a scan.
If your device takes long to run programs or freezes, it could mean you have a faulty RAM. If a blue screen with text flashes each time you restart your device that might be caused by the RAM. Another symptom of a defective RAM is that some files could become corrupted and installing new programs may fail. To replace a RAM, find out what kind of RAM your device needs and purchase a new one. Once you get the new RAM, turn off your device and open the back panel.
