Garmin nuvi 2460LMT Troubleshooting

Your screen is not responding to input.

Power down the device and then power it back on. Hold the power button on the top-left-hand side of the device for five seconds, then press it again after the device has powered off. Check to see if there is any change to the responsiveness of the screen.

If the problem persists, there may be a problem with the software release. Search for Garmin nuvi 2460lmt and download the "Garmin Express" update software. Once installed, open "Garmin Express" on your computer and click the "Add Device" button. You will then be asked to connect your device via a USB cable.
