Dell Latitude 3440 Runs Slowly

If your Dell Latitude 3440 takes longer than usual to open various programs and occasionally stutters when performing tasks, follow this page for possible solutions.

• The computer drivers may need to be reinitialized, so it is recommended that you restart the computer.
• This will allow the computer to initialize the drivers again.

• Many laptops will slow the computer processes to conserve battery power. This setting can be turned off in the settings menu by:
• Opening the settings app
• Navigate to the power & battery tab
• Disable Energy saver
• Change the power mode to balanced or best performance

• Extra programs can take up device resources and slow the whole computer down. To uninstall programs:
• Open the windows search bar and look up control panel
