Device will not turn on:
Faulty Power Adapter
Plug in the power adapter into the device and make sure the light is on. If the light on the power adapter is not on, the power adapter is faulty. Purchasing a replacement power adapter should be considered.
Faulty Battery
Make sure the power adapter is connected to the device and is functioning properly. If the device can turn on only when the power adapter is plugged into the device, regardless of charging time, then the battery for the device is faulty.
Broken Buttons
Note: There are multiple buttons on this device. Therefore each button will have its own replacement guide.
Missing Buttons
If buttons are missing there will be spaces on the left and right sides of the device. Replacement buttons should be purchased.
Broken Buttons
Ensure that the device is powered on and functioning correctly. If a button is pressed while the device is on, but no inputs have occurred on the device, the button on the device is faulty and it's components need to be replaced.
Sticky Buttons
If the buttons are not returning to their typical resting position, the buttons are sticking into the device. This can be caused by debris being between the buttons and the housing. Using a toothpick, attempt to remove this object from the device.
Broken Screen
Cracked Screen
If there is a visible cracked, a replacement screen will have to be purchased.
Damaged Pixels
If there appears to be pixels that are permanently blacked out, these pixels are damaged. A new screen should be purchased and put into the device.
