Corsair K100 Air Wireless Bluetooth Not Connecting

If your Corsair K100 Air Wireless fails to respond when attempting to connect via Bluetooth, this page may have a solution to the problem.

The keyboard supports Bluetooth pairing with up to 3 host devices. If there are issues connecting via Bluetooth, you may need to switch or connect to a new host mode. First, initiate Bluetooth pairing on the host device, such as a phone or tablet (Bluetooth 4.0 or higher). Start the Bluetooth pairing using the shortcuts provided in this link. Input the code from the Bluetooth device screen on the keyboard if requested. When pairing completes, the wireless indicator (D) turns solid blue/cyan/magenta for 3 seconds.

A low battery can prevent the keyboard from entering pairing mode or cause frequent Bluetooth disconnections. Charge the keyboard using a USB power source until the battery reaches at least 80%, then attempt to reconnect it.

Completing a factory reset on a device is sometimes required to resolve several issues, including connectivity problems. To begin, make sure the keyboard is off, then press and hold the ESC key. While holding the ESC key, turn the power switch to "on." After about 2 seconds, release the ESC key, and the keyboard lights should begin flashing, indicating that the reset was completed successfully. Your keyboard will now be reconfigured to the default settings. If needed, you can customize connectivity settings by reconfiguring them.

To update the firmware, ensure the keyboard is connected to a PC via USB. Install and open the Corsair iCUE software on your PC. Select the device you are updating, then select "Device Settings" and "Check for Updates." If the firmware is shown as up to date, select "Force Update" to apply the most recent update. If provided by Corsair support, and if an update is available, click "Browse for Firmware" to download the file. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the update.
