Screen Glitches or Software Apps Keep Closing
Device has software malfunctions or features a non-functional.
Low Storage on Device
In your settings, check how much storage your device has left. If over 90% is being used, consider deleting unnecessary files or apps.
Device is Using Too Much Power
Drag your finger downward and move the slider to decrease the brightness on your device.
Possible Device Interference
There is a possibility that a larger device is interfering with your Echo Show. If the Echo Show is placed near a laptop or printer, please move the device and test the screen again.
Hard Reset Needed
Swipe down from the top of your Echo Show screen and select settings (if Alexa is functioning say “Hey Alexa, go to settings”), scroll down to device options, then tap Reset to Factory Defaults. Lastly, tap Reset to confirm action.
Physical Damage

Microphone is Distorting Audio
Microphone distorts the audio, or gives a heavy feedback loop.
Possible Device Interference
There is a possibility that other electronic devices in close proximity may be causing interference. Move the device away from other items such as routers. cordless phones, or other electronic devices. and then test the microphone again.
Microphone Volume
Drag your finger downward and move the slider to decrease the brightness on your device.
Device Has Not Been Restarted
Unplug the device and leave it unplugged for 30-60 seconds. Plug it back in and test the microphone.
Damaged Microphone
The connections to your microphone may be compromised. Accidental drops or exposure to liquids can lead to issues such as distorted audio or a non-functional microphone. If there is evident damage to the microphone, refer to the Amazon Echo Show 15 Microphone Replacement Guide
Device Goes Mute or Plays Distorted Audio
Device speakers do not play sound or play distorted audio.
Device is in Mute Mode
Make sure the volume is on. Locate the volume buttons on the top of the device. Then press the "+" button to increase the volume.
Unstable Wi-Fi Connection
A stable Wi-Fi connection is necessary for the Echo Show to function properly. Check that the device is connected to the internet. If it is, and it still doesn't work, try disconnecting and connecting the device to the Wi-Fi network again by going into the "Device Settings", selecting "Forget this Network", and connecting to the Wi-Fi network again.
Damaged Speakers

Camera is Visibly Damaged or Non-Functional
Camera gives photos with visible distortion or does not take any photos.
Complete Video Loss While Using Camera
Make sure the privacy toggle (or shutters, the name depending on your device) is disengaged.

Dust Preventing Buttons From Functioning
The presence of dust, dirt, or debris around the buttons can impede their functionality. Carefully wiping them with a soft, dry cloth can improve their performance.
