APEX AP-GS918 Troubleshooting

Find the small reset button on located on the back of your tablet. It is labeled "reset," with white letters. It is a small button that requires using either a paperclip or safety pin to press the button inside the hole. Afterwards, press the power button to see if your tablet turns on.

When the charger is plugged into the tablet the tablet does not charge.

Make sure that the pathway for the charger and the charging port is not obstructed. If it is, remove any obstructions (EX: sand, staples, food, etc...).

The charger you have may no longer work, check to make sure it is completely plugged in, and that there are no connection issues. If these do not apply, you will need to replace it with a new charger.

When the tablet should be playing music or producing a sound effect, no noise comes from the tablet's speaker.

Make sure no objects are in the way of the speaker on the tablet. If any objects are remove them.

Press the raise volume button to desired level of sound. The raise volume button has a + symbol on the left-hand side of the tablet.

Make sure there is no obstruction to the volume buttons. If this is not the issue, you may need to replace your volume buttons. View our guide on replacing the volume buttons.

When touching the screen, the tablet does not respond to any commands
