So, sorry if this doesn't help: Try taking it back to the store you bought it from, and explain to them on what day you got it, where you were and what you did to it before it messed up. If you dropped it in a liquid, for example. Try buying a new one, or getting it repaired at the store. If you got it online, try getting a refund, or get a new one. So, You're welcome if it helped. If you bought it online, try getting a refund(If Website does refunds), or try taking it to a repair outlet like Batteries Plus Bulbs, or the nearest place to you that repairs stuff like smartwatches. If you bought it from a store, then try taking it to the store you got it from, and asking them to repair it, if they have kits to fix it, replace the screen, or buy a new one. Uh...If it's connected to you're phone or whatever device you have, then try turning the volume down with the buttons on your phone. Or try going to Settings>Profiles>Options(At the bottom left corner)>Customize(Between Activate and Reset. Top: Activate(Activate the setting)Middle: Customize(Select the options you want), Bottom: Reset(Reset it to default). Then scroll down, and then you should see Ringtone Volume. Press it, and then press the minus(You're not stupid so I'm not gonna tell you what the Minus and plus sign is)or the Plus. Have fun! And have a good day!
1122 is the default password. Try doing it again. If it doesn't work, then try contacting Customer Support or the store you bought it from. If you bought it online, try checking the User Manual, or if there are instructions online.
