The only tool needed is a 2.5mm hex key.
If coolant is leaking out and there’s overheating that means you have a leak somewhere. It would be best to take it to a mechanic to diagnose.
Hi Zac, it’s not possible to accurately diagnose a leak over the internet. It would be best to have someone, or a mechanic, to physically look at it to locate the leak.
This Chromebook likely uses a dual chip which can be seen in step 10. I’m guessing the chip is a 802.11AC 2x2 MIMO WLAN + Bluetooth 4.0 from looking at the specs.
Some can, however, automotive rubber is made to withstand the types of oil/grease used in the repair seen.
The main reason for the brake light to be still on is that there is air in the system. Properly bleeding it should correct the issue.
@akoayplip it looks like he is turning on the headlights to test out the passenger side replacement.
