Hello again , sorry I haven't notice that you mentioned that you used a USB external keyboard at first beginning I've contacted some people who had similar issue , they claimed that is it a Physical hardware issue , try removing the battery then put it back and press it (Don't force it ) completely to the slot housing ....it has 50% chance of restoring the functionality Hope I helped , Good luck
Per saperne di piùwell , If you replaced the keyboard then It's not a hardware problem , before you do anything try to connect and external USB keyboard and see if everything is fine .If not well it should be some drivers problem
