Posting for those that stumble upon this: I was able to reset a series 6 in retail/demo mode by triple tapping the “passcode” option in the settings app with two fingers (tap both fingers at the same time). Doing so opens a secret menu in which a factory reset can be performed.
Per saperne di piùYou cannot simply flash the CX CAS firmware to the CX calculator so you may have bricked the calculator. If you haven't already tried: unscrew the battery cover and remove the battery; while the battery is the removed press and hold the reset button down (using a pen, paperclip, etc.) for around 10 seconds. Put the battery back in and let us know if it works!
Per saperne di piùI had this issue with my MBP and it was because the GPU was starting to fail. I would recommend trying to force the intel GPU to run on startup and see if you can get back into MacOS that way by following the steps here:https://forums.macrumors.com/threads/for...-2011-macbook-pro-8-2-with-failed-amd-gpu-to-always-use-intel-integrated-gpu-efi-variable-fix.2037591/
Per saperne di piùIt would be a GPU issue. I would recommend checking out this link as it got my MBP working again. https://forums.macrumors.com/threads/for...-2011-macbook-pro-8-2-with-failed-amd-gpu-to-always-use-intel-integrated-gpu-efi-variable-fix.2037591/
Per saperne di piùI would hazard to guess that it would most likely not be anymore. You can take a look at the iPhone X Teardown, specifically Step 22. There are some good images as to why it would most likely not be anymore.
Per saperne di piùPlug your iPhone into your computer and open iTunes. Navigate to the iPhone page and try updating your iPhone if that is an available option. If not, backup all of your data through iTunes and try to restore your iPhone, as a restore will delete all data on the phone. (A update will leave your data intact, but will update your phone to the latest iOS.)
Per saperne di piùI would give brucewark's suggestion a try here: How to bypass the power button on a 2012 MacBook Pro
Per saperne di piùIt is probably due to the fact that the device is older and the open button is starting to fail from normal wear and tear. If it is a huge annoyance I would just recommend getting a new player as it most likely isn't worth trying to find a new part and repair the device, unless you want to attempt the repair for the heck of it :)
Per saperne di piùNo I'm afraid it won't.
Per saperne di piùFirst turn off your iPod, and then turn it back on by holding down the power button and the home button together until the recovery screen is displayed (keep holding them down when the apple logo is displayed). Then plug the iPod into your computer, insure that you have iTunes open. A dialog box then should open giving you the options to either "Restore" or "Update", choose the "Restore" button. Please remember this WILL DELETE all data on the device.

As a head’s up the metal plate needs to be removed from the left side first because it does slide under another piece of metal close to the fingerprint scanner. Upon reassembly insert the right side first and then push the left side down. You will know if you have it in correctly if the plate cannot move freely if the screw is in even a little bit.
