Ouch… few yrs later… Initiate lift away, lift it away and Take apart entire head until you have full brush roll access. Take apart the white mounting part as well. A few difficult moves coming up once you have wires free. Be careful with separating clipped tubes from each other. Dont want to break them. If you fail 3 attempts stop and get some towels/ large rubber anything material to gain grip with one hand, straddle the pieces with legs, pin it down, phone a friend, sos someone special. Once its separated you can GINGERLY cut out the entire thing or just a small section depending on how Old/damaged the tube is. After that i recommend specialty epoxy since we want this to last for a hot minute or ten. I used jb weld plastics but I also sprayed a plastic protection/flexi-cover all over and inside the tube since it takes so much punishment. Walaa
