Just place your finger inside the cubby hole infront of the parking brake feel the top side of the compartment slide your finger side to side to find a dime size hole pull out and the obd plug will be at the bottom.

Timing belt issue. The good news is the engin is non interfering but if the belt broke at high rpm's the intake valves could hit the exhaust valves and cause valve damage.
