The manufacturer won’t sell parts. They keep it to themselves, since they’d rather make money off doing the repair for you. Plus, they won’t trust you. Hope this helps with parts sourcing. I’d check eBay, just because you could potentially get a used one that would do the job.

The phones are a utmost rarity, but it is possible. You would have to use glue to reset the back cover and maintain the water-tightness. E7000 does the trick though!

It is, i can’t seem to do it too easily either. Maybe i need to heat it up? I don’t want to damage it as it will still be used as a camera.
