This is happening to me but I don't have any magnets in the area

Unlocked Z Max Pros from metro have a know issue when attempting to access the play store on another network (at&t or cricket) . The apn is correct and everthing else works, but the play store doesn't see the mobile network. I fixed it once but putting the data to 3G and playing around registering on different networks but I don't know exactly how I did it…
