I had the same problem but if you got something else to charge it put the battery in for just even 3 seconds the GoPro will charge it and it went all back to normal the battery just need a “wake up call” from something else

One way to get WiFi on all PC is to just get a usb plugin that connects to WiFi it is just something that will connect to things and connect to your computer via usb

When pairing with Bluetooth it can’t connect when it is currently connected with something else so maybe you have some other device that auto connected it would be impossible for it to then connect to another so just disconnect from that device
