If something had poured on your keyboard like water, it certainly won't work. In this case, a USB keyboard is a perfect alternative for you. Or you can replace the keyboard from a computer shop. However, I see your keyboard is internal. Make sure you replace it from a certified computer shop. If they messed up your computer, you can be able to take it back to them and they can repair your keyboard. If the keys are stuck, and cannot be pressed, then you should unplug then safely and remove anything that might be under it. Find me here for faster conversations. https://softsguide.wordpress.com
Have you tried windows restore? If it fails you can restore your computer to a previous state using your backup. *Continuely press the function key F12 until a windows repair screen appear. (1) If it doesn't, restart the computer and repeat the process using another key until you identify the function key for your OS. (2) Select the option to restore your computer, (3) Choose your data backup, and boot from it. You can learn about the appropriate backup procedure from here. https://softsguide.wordpress.com/2017/07...-data-backup-what-is-and-pros-of-offline-data-backup/
