is that desktop or a laptop ? if the computer works otherwise fine, just the bios isn't opening maybe it is something stupid, like stuck / non working key , or stuck ctrl/shift key, so it doesn't sense the triggering key appropriately. i don't know what it is in case of your computer, you can check it somewhere online. bios is superior to the operating system, so i don't think it plays any role whatsoever. if the monitor works fine when the computer is running, it is highly unlikely that it will be the issue, even though the starting resolution is completely different than when system is loading/running. it shoulnd't be so hard to come across anothe monitor and keyboard. try that for starters.hp might have some bios/firmware tools on their site too. but be very careful with those.

Per saperne di piùmay be bad contact or bad replacement part. there are some low quality ones. try to open it up again, review to contacts, see if there isn't something damaged. my friend bought a replacement part for some chinese smartphone, the screen was kinda inverted after the change.
Per saperne di piùcompaq was bought by hp years ago, maybe it's just some kind of system update you installed (or was installed automatically). just guessting, but battery might be shorted or somehow bad, or drawing too much current (perhaps the charing mechanism). try different battery or power supply.
Per saperne di piùhad a similar issue on 40d. brought it to repair shop and the guy just gently helped the flash to pop up with a fingernail and it jumped right out. apparently the mechanics are very subtle a even tiny drop of something sticky might cause that the flash doesn't pop out. then the error message comes. wouldn't use much force though, might be other issue

Per saperne di piùtry restart phone, switching on and off LTE capabilities in the phone, be sure you are in an area with LTE reception. it happens to me in my country, that sometimes i don't get more than 3G at some time, suppose the antennas of the provider don't have big capacity and somebody else gets the LTE/H before me. then, at some point it connects again
Per saperne di piùyou can usually pop the card in another device, see if it works there, computers or there are these photo-print stations in many stores like drugstores or electronics stores. had a similar issue with CF card when somebody didn't insert it properly. the reading pins in the slot were not straight anymore. had to in a painstaking way adjust them with knife and tiny screw driver
