Yes, but I wouldn't try it before checking out my question first. I did a factory reset as indicated by LeapFrog and now my device isn't working.
Did a factory reset on my Leappad 2 and now I cant load a new profile! Been battling for almost 24 hours online and with customer support to get assistance. This is really urgent please. The create profile page on the device is blank. Parent mode on the device shows a red X on profiles and I cannot create one. It also wont allow me to connect to Leappad Connect without creating a profile first! Help!
