Well, my 20 in. G5 went dead (lots of photos there). Apple does not work on "vintage" Macs, so I looked at alternatives. I didn't know of any independent shops, so I decided this should be a DIY!
I had seen some videos and determined this was worth a go. Tripped over your web site as I Googled to see if the old 17 inch iMac I had neglected to toss had some common parts with the 20 inch.
Saw that you sold a power supply that worked with either model... hurrah!
If that failed, you also offer the HD adapter, so how could I lose?

The 17 inch iMac G5 is a breeze to get at the HD and power supply, the 20 inch not so much. It reminded me of watching the shop working to find the small oil leak on my E60 BMW 5 series - need to remove a whole lot o' stuff to get to where you want.
So, the power supply came out of the 17 inch and into the 20 inch and voila! I have a working iMac G5 20 inch from which I can recover data.
