Wife's iPhone4S decides to pick a fight with concrete sidewalk and had battle scars to prove it. I'd figure it's out of warranty and I will give it a shot at replacing the screen myself and save a few bucks.

Overall, it took 1.5 hours for the whole process. It was a bit frustrating trying to keep track of the screws/parts.
Once the new screen was in place and re-assembly started, I felt more comfortable.
