I recently purchased a ThinkBook Plus G7 Auto Twist and found a new BIOS version (TZCN38WW, dated August 13, 2026) for Windows 11 on the Lenovo website. However, after updating and restarting, the device reported an error and attempted recovery from a backup; this process keeps looping, and the machine fails to boot (it is possible the backup itself is corrupted). Please advise me on how to resolve this issue. If possible, could you please send me a BIOS backup from a working unit or an older BIOS version? Thank you very much!
(Due to my circumstances, I am unable to take the device to a Lenovo service center.)
