Applications crashing upon launch. Unable to open

Hi there,

Due to frequent apps crashing, I cleaned out my system, zeroed the data, reformatted my HD and reinstalled 10.6.0. I find that the problem still persists. For example, Bento crashed upon trying to open it with the following report:
