What tool do I need to take the cover apart

My compressor won’t build air. I think it’s leaking where the gauges and the pressure regulator connect to the compressor itself. What tool do I need to take the housing apart?

Before you do any disassembly, make sure you know exactly where the leak is. It will save a lot of unnecessary work.
