@mesfintedila before replacing the vibrator perform a hardware test and see if it still works with that. Dial *#0*# to get to the Samsung hardware diagnostic test menu. There will be an option to test the Vibration. Check that. If it works then the issue your phone is experiencing is most likely related to a 3rd party App that interferes with the normal vibration operation. Uninstall those Apps and re-evaluate.
If it does not work in the hardware test menu, replace the vibrator motor as previously suggested.
