The Xbox series s since it was hooked up to the Ethernet the Xbox says it's still says it's has a wired connection even with the Ethernet cord removed and I got a brand new wifi board and it still doesn't work

You probably need to replace the port to get it working again. It’s probably soldered on, so you do need some soldering skills to get it replaced.
