Phone Screen Has Blue Boxes and Is Unresponsive

Hi everyone,

My phone suddenly started showing blue boxes around everything on the screen, and it won’t respond like it usually does. I can’t tap or swipe properly. Has anyone faced this before or know how to fix it? Any help would be really appreciated!
