Why does my phone not powering on?
My phone's screen suddenly had lines, after that it shut down on its own. Now, its not powering on. Please help.

Well check the phone for following points
- Check the Battery
- Inspect for Damage
- Force Restart
- Try Safe Mode (Android Only)
- Perform a Hard Reset
- Check for Software Issues

Has the phone been dropped or gotten wet at all recently?
Does the phone indicate that the battery is being charged when the charger is connected to the phone?
