Hi @tylernanton

Possible corrupted BIOS setting(s) preventing normal operation and startup perhaps.

Try a power refresh by disconnecting the power to the PSU, then open the desktop and remove the coin cell RTC battery from the motherboard

then press and hold the Power button operated for 15-20 seconds.

Here's the Dell Optiplex 7010 DT Owner Manual. Go to p.14 to view the procedure to remove/replace the coin cell battery.

When the battery is out, measure its voltage. If it is <2.5V DC or if the battery is >4-5 years old, replace it. The battery model number is on the battery itself e.g. CR2032 perhaps.

Reinsert the RTC coin cell battery, (+ve side up as marked on the battery) reassemble the desktop, reconnect the power to the PSU and check if it turns on OK with a display showing.

If it works OK then there may be a message stating that the date and time are incorrect. This is normal as the above procedure has reset the BIOS to its factory default state. Once the data and time have been corrected, the message won't appear the next time the PC is turned on. Also any user definable BIOS settings that were changed by you to suit whatever system requirements you needed, will have to be changed back again as well.
