I updated my windows version to 24H2. After the update my laptop got slow so I formatted my laptop even though I installed windows 11 again. Still my laptop is running slow. What can be the issue?

Try running an sfc /scannow command from a "run as administrator" command prompt in a Command window and check. To open a Command window type Command in the search box on the desktop and then select the appropriate link i.e. run as administrator in the Command app option that appears
Yes there is a space between sfc and / but not between /scannow.
If you make a typing error use the backspace key to step back and delete and then type it in again. The touchpad or mouse cursor doesn't work in a Command window.
Have you checked that there are no hardware errors (red cross or yellow exclamation mark) shown in Device Manager?
Check in Event Viewer for any Critical, Error or Warning events that have a lot of entries logged. Search online for the Event ID and Source as shown by the most listed events to find out what it means

I have run the sfc command it says Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations. Also there isn't any red cross or yellow exclamation mark. I have also checked event viewer there are lots of entries I will check and I will update you about that.
