Admiral washers are made by Whirlpool, using Whirlpool parts so if the reason for wanting to know the machine's model number is to find replacement parts for it, it may be worthwhile to check for a part number on the part itself (usually begins with W or WPW) and then search online for it.

Another option is to find the cubic capacity of the drum and then search for Admiral (insert drum cubic capacity value) top load washer and check for results that have top loaders that look the same as your model and that they hopefully have a model number listed as well.

To find the cubic capacity is like finding the volume or cubic capacity of a cylinder, where the washer tub is the cylinder.

To calculate the volume of the tub:

1. Measure the width of the tub and divide by 2 to get the radius.

2. Calculate the area of the tub:

To do this, just use the formula for finding the area of a circle, A = 3.14 x r x r (where r is the radius)

3. Measure the depth of the tub

4. Multiply the area by the depth.

Use the same measurement base i.e. feet for both the radius measurement and the depth measurement.

The answer will be in cubic feet.
